Deane and Sherri are excellent to work with. They are methodical and thorough in their management approach. Our home remodeling was a group of different projects including kitchen, flooring, and updating. They offer great suggestions but emphasize approaching changes from the customer’s desires. They were also good about resolving any issues until satisfaction is achieved. We plan to use their services on future projects.

I cannot say enough positive things about Deane Home Services. They took my 30+ year kitchen and turned it into a work of art. They installed a dish washer (correct, I did not have a built in dish washer). Sheri and Deane made sure that everything was done top-notch from the planning to the end result. When I need additional work done on my house the first and only call I will make will be to Deane Home Services.

My wife and I recently remodeled our 1959 kitchen. It was more than your normal remodel due to the fact our house is 66 years old with original wiring and plumbing. So we had to do more than just remodel our kitchen. Because we were moving the oven to another wall and installing an over-the-stove microwave and a dish washer (yes, we have never owned a dish washer), we had to do a wiring upgrade which included the electrical panel. Also, we had to redo plumbing for the new dish washer. The kitchen remodel included new cabinets, counter tops, new floor and molding and some construction to change the size of a closet. All of this had to be coordinated in a timely manner. Let me tell you, this is where Deane Home Services comes in. They did a terrific job on several different fronts; such as: • Coordinating the project • Communicating to us every step within the project • Transparency. We were allowed to log into their quick books to see every text sent between them and us for reference and also see the project timeline so we could prepare for upcoming events. • Communicated clearly what they expected us to do • Clearly itemized all the costs Overall, the project went very smoothly with no major problems or hiccups. It was truly a pleasant experience. Oh, and did I mention that both Deane and his wife Sheri we two of the nicest people you will ever meet. We highly recommend Deane Home Services for any remodel you may want done.
