About Us
Renovating your home is a huge undertaking that involves multiple aspects. Guiding a homeowner through the home renovation process requires clear communication, patience, and expertise from initial consultation through the end of the construction process.
Deane Home Service is a full service licensed, bonded and insured general contractor specalizing in kitchen, bathroom and whole house renovations utilizing existing interior space or small additions.
We use a comprehensive process that will take you from design through a completed and well-executed construction experience. Our relationships with architects, designers and trade partners ensure that you get the best fit for your needs and resources. Single-source project management means that your project manager starts the project with you and continues to provide consistent customer-focused oversight from beginning to end.

We start by getting to know you and your family’s needs. The Team
Deane Healey
Owner/Project Manager
Deane has been involved in remodeling for most of his life. Deane began by helping his dad with projects around the house and discovering how things worked. After purchasing his first home in 1989, Deane soon realized that he enjoyed renovating homes more than his ‘real’ job, and his involvement in the construction industry began. After a couple of decades of working for others and honing his skills, Deane began providing quality home renovations focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, and excellent customer service.
Outside of work, Deane enjoys traveling and has spent time in several locations with his favorite being Italy, Mexico and Arizona. He enjoys working his ever-evolving garden and puttering in the yard.
Sheri Healey
Owner/Administrative
Sheri joined Deane Home Services full-time in 2022, bringing her extensive experience in executive non-profit management. Her extensive background in leadership and strategic planning allows Sheri to provide exceptional oversight and guidance with Deane Home Services projects. With a deep understanding of customer relations and project management, Sheri effectively addresses clients’ needs and expectations. As the first point of contact for our clients, Sheri is responsible for overseeing the administration of Deane Home Services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Her commitment to excellence is matched by her active involvement in the community; she serves on the Normandy Park City Council and as the Vice President of the Normandy Park Police Foundation.
Outside of work, Sheri is passionate about her ever-growing garden, enjoys weekly family dinners, and values time spent with friends. Her dedication to both her professional and personal life reflects her commitment to fostering strong, supportive relationships both within and beyond the office.
Kendyl Grantham
Marketing/Social Media
Kendyl joined Deane Home Services at the beginning of 2024, as our Marketing and Social Media Specialist. Kendyl is dedicated to advancing the mission of Deane Home Services through innovative marketing strategies and engaging social media campaigns. With a fresh perspective and her creativity and enthusiasm, Kendyl is instrumental in enhancing our online presence and connecting with our community.
When she’s not working, Kendyl enjoys spending time with her husband and is excitedly preparing for the arrival of their first baby early next year. She enjoys time spent with friends and family, and many nieces and nephews.
