The client initially called wanting to modify her existing (original 1650’s) cabinet to accommodate a new dishwasher, paint the existing inefficient and deteriorating cabinets, install new countertops and renovate her bathroom. At very little additional cost we were able to upgrade her cabinets to new white shaker cabinets. 

We moved the refrigerator from the exterior wall to the interior wall and add water supply so the ice maker and water dispenser function. Wider cabinets were added to either side of the range and a large pantry added alongside the refrigerator. The sink remains centered on the window with a new dishwasher next to it.

The bathtub was replaced with a new tub and the existing plastic surround upgraded to offset white tile. A new low-flow chair height toilet replaced the existing inefficient toilet. The existing vanity was replaced with a new white vanity with top and new faucet.

Fresh paint throughout complements the lighter colors and brightens the overall look of both the kitchen and bathroom.
