The client has lived in the home for 30 years with a dated kitchen and no dishwasher, which we added.
The Hall closet was used as a pantry which we reallocated a portion of to accommodate additional space to allow for moving the existing range and adding a microwave hood vent combo.
All new cabinets throughout include a variety of drawers and shelving options along with uppers finished with crown molding. The refrigerator is now slotted into a paneled opening.
Electrical panel upgraded to 200-amp panel and kitchen electrical updated from a single ungrounded circuit to multiple grounded 20-amp circuits. Multiple recessed lights in the kitchen and dining area provide better lighting for entertaining and cooking activities.
Millwork at the window and the slider door was replaced and all new paint throughout give it a clean and fresh look.
